Plan development,
plan changes and re-zoning
Waveform undertakes strategic policy development and district plan reviews for local authorities. We’re also experienced in preparing district/city plan changes and submissions on proposed plan changes for developers.
Land Development
Experienced, considered and pragmatic advice to both local authorities and developers on strategic land development, development appraisals and due diligence on properties.
Waveform provides effective oversight of the planning process, including project management briefings and co-ordinating input from required specialists (such as survey and environmental management plan requirements, landscape architects, heritage/cultural expertise, traffic engineers).

We also have considerable experience in mediating between local authorities and developers, finding common ground to avoid costly Environment Court proceedings.
